ElectroMart operates as an online-only wholesale and retail electronics business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We do not operate a physical store and do not accept walk-in customers.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unactivated, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with removed seals, damaged packaging, or missing accessories.
  • Headphones, earphones, or personal-use items once opened.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Exchanges
